I can perform informal and/or structured interviews both in situ or by appointment. I collect oral histories on product/event/procedural discovery, adoption, and usage. Focus groups may be organized for product development, revision, and launch. Naturally, I also design and implement surveys and questionnaires on customer satisfaction, usage patterns, and demographics. I have experience conducting user testing programs, which are also adaptable for 'evangelist' location and promotion or 'early adopter' rewards programs. These can also include events tailored to the needs of the program, from intimate cocktail meetings at industry trade shows, to business-to-business blowouts.
